Please Note: Our phone lines may open slightly after our official opening time and close a bit before our closing hours to allow our dedicated staff to efficiently wrap up their daily tasks.
Additionally, we are typically closed for lunch between 12:00pm and 1:30pm.
Billing Policy for Medical Phone Calls
**24/7 Phone Support**
We're here for you during those scary and unpredictible parenting moments. Holmdel Pediatrics takes pride in being one of the only local offices to offer 24/7 phone call support staffed by our own providers.
**During Business Hours:** Leave a message with our staff. Messages will be left for the provider to get back to parents in between patients. All messages will be completed by the end of office hours.
**After Hours:** Leave a message with our answering service and one of our providers will quickly return your call.
- Please make sure you can accept blocked calls and if you see a call from "No Caller ID" or "Unknown" make sure you answer it, that could be us returning your call*!
